At St. Luke's we believe the Bible is God's inspired word and contains everything necessary for our Christian lives. It tells us what God is like, what He has done for us and how we need to respond. The Bible is an essential part of our growth as Christians as we learn to trust God more and how we can live for Him.
There are various ways to learn from the Bible. One way is to work your way through the McCheyne reading scheme, which appears below. You can do just the 'family readings', which will take you through the New Testament in one year and the Old Testament in two years or all four, which will take you through the New Testament twice in a year and the Old Testament once.
