A poem about Creation from Pam Elmes.
Beautiful wild flowers galore
Birdsong in unrehearsed harmony
Colourful flowers unable to paint themselves
Birds sing sweetly as from a musical score.
From the beginning it was perfectly planned
God such an incredible architect
Every detail amazes us so
Even our names inscribed on the palm of His hands
The little girl wondered and wondered some more
Stars without number filled the night sky
Such glorious memory which never fades
Perfection in all His creation, not a single flaw.
And in all of this, an appreciative child He did see
Loving those wild flowers, the birdsong and stars
May we too never forget the beauty around us
His creation, His words, His love.
Lets just receive.
