Thy Kingdom Come 2021

Thy Kingdom Come is a global prayer movement that invites Christians around the world to pray for more people to come to know Jesus. There are various ways you can join in with Thy Kingdom Come. You can check out the main Thy Kingdom Come Website for more information.

This year at St. Luke's as we begin on a new partnership with St. George's for the heart of Ramsgate, we are going to hold socially distanced informal daily prayer meetings for 30 minutes from 9:30am to 10:00am in St. George's church from Ascension Day 13th May until 22nd May, not including Sundays when normal services will be held.

Topics for Prayer:
These will be the main themes for prayer each day, but we will also pray for other personal needs and issues that people wish us to pray for.

  • Friday 14th - Music in our churches
  • Saturday 15th - Children and Youth work in our churches
  • Monday 17th - Community work through and in partnership with the churches
  • Tuesday 18th - Our local schools
  • Wednesday 19th - Sharing the good news
  • Thursday 20th - Hospitals and medical workers
  • Friday 21st - Growth in discipleship
  • Saturday 22nd - End of the Pandemic
